My Sister and Brother-In-Law celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Of course, I was more than happy to make a cake for this glorious occasion. The cake featured 3 tiers, 12″, 8″ and 6″. Bottom tier — pound cake with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and buttercream filling. 2nd tier — chocolate pound with buttercream filling. 3rd tier — marble with buttercream. All layers covered with marshmallow fondant. Dots are royal icing painted with edible silver. Flowers are edible hand-molded gumpaste/fondant.
