9″ — 4 layer Red Velvet cake with cream cheese filling and frosting. Roses and leaves are hand-modeled from MM Fondant.

Requested from one of my regular customers for her Mom for Mother’s Day.


Be Still My Heart

Heart Cake Pops were ordered for Valentine’s Day. Flavors included Red Velvet, Yellow and Carrot. These were very tedious because of the moistness of the cake crumbs. They were coated with chocolate candy coating and  boxed ready for gift-giving making for a lovely presentation. Having made 48 of these, I was ready for a long….. break.
